1,964 contracts across Cyprus in June, +27% year on year — the strongest June since 2000. Limassol drives volume, Paphos posts the fastest growth of all districts.
Cyprus overall: 1,964 contracts in June, +27% year on year — the strongest June in the entire record since 2000.
For the first half of the year, cumulatively 10,007 contracts, +14.6% (the first time above 10,000 in six months).

- Limassol: 727 (+64%)
- Larnaca: 416 (+6%)
- Nicosia: 392 (+10%)
- Paphos: 361 (+28%)

- Larnaca: 2,163 (+11.0%)

What we see: Limassol drives the volume, Paphos shows the fastest growth of all districts. The month-by-month trend across Cyprus accelerated for almost the whole year (+11% in January → +27% in June) and dipped only in May (+5%). June closed the half-year more strongly than any other month.
We are investigating the anomalous growth in Limassol in June separately, but so far we see that it is driven precisely by local demand and the June VAT deadline.
